This is a disc furrower set to throw the dirt out. There are two sets or rows about twenty feet apart on a tool bar. Power is not the problem for 4th gear. Maybe I need Super M gears for 4th because the regular M does not run 6.75 MPH. It's more like 4-4.5. It will pull it in 5th if I get a running start and only run downhill. Does a real nice job of scattering the dirt. And yes, this is for dry planted rice and also used on flat planted wheat or soybean fields. Just trying to keep a job for the M in this land of big Magnums and JDs.
