I presume when you say "booster coil" you mean you've installed a new hotter ignition coil?

Anyway your observed voltage readings are normal except you should see 0 volts at the coil terminal that connects to the distributor primary wire (the wire that goes to the points) when the points are closed. If not, either the points are out of adjustment (not closing fully) or there's a piece of insulating junk on the points so they don't conduct when closed.

Tip: If you are measuring voltages with a DVM (digital volt meter) DON'T try to measure the voltage from the coil center terminal! When the coil is working it can throw 8,000 volts or more - sufficient to instantly fry many DVM's.
