The upper pulley is a two piece pulley that is threaded. Loosen the lock nut, and loosen the square headed screw if still original. Screw in the outer pulley, you may have to use a brass punch and hammer to get her moving, don't smack too hard, cuz they break fairly easy (I know), then line up one of the slots with the setscrew and thread it back in, and tighten lock nut.
