Could be the piston oil ring is stuck or worn out. Could try Marvel Mystery oil poured in Cylinders and let sit for day or two then turn engine over to get excess oil out of cylinders then start. This may or may not work which then is ring replacement time. If you do a rering job make sure to hone cylinders to remove ring glaze on cylinder walls. Tried the oil trick once or twice and got rings to reseal until I got time to do a rering job on our 1938 F20. We used this tractor every day for 40 years of farming til 1990,then had to rebuild engine with new sleeves, pistons, and rings last year.
