Greg H. The 400 was built from 1954 to 1956,it's about A 54 to 55HP tractor. The 400 has A live PTO, Power steering and A torque-amplfier which is A lower gear shift on the go setup. Hydra-touch live hydr. system. The tractor you mentioned may not have some of these features depending how it was spec.'d when it was ordered out of the factory. I guess the price don't sound too bad if it's A decent tractor...Good to hear A JD man looking at A Farmall!!!!! Al
