the serial number would indicate a 1929 model. This would be the 4 3/4 X 6 inch engine (22-36) there is a lot of confusion on these tractors as they were always called 15-30 by IH, the newer ones being designated by the engine size or hp rating. The decals on the fenders are correct. Maybe Guy Fay can add to this
