Never ceases to amaze me how easy it is for one man to spend another man's money. Take a chance on the 300, just be very careful about committing to hilly ground or taking on more than you can handle until you see how its gonna work for you. I'm only 30 miles or so away. So if ya get in a pinch, I'd come with the 450 or 560 and help you for a day or so. There are several models that would suit your purpose just fine. But in my opinion, the condition of the tractor is a much bigger factor than the model number. Congratulations on being conservative. Makes it a lot easier to keep the wife happy when you are able to turn a profit.
