Will an H loader fit an M?

Just need some help re: a loader from an 1953 H. I am told it will fit my 1951 M...is that true? If so, please give a rookie the run down on what I need to do to get the rust stripped off it, have it painted, assembled and installed on my M. How much will all that set me back? I am open to any input. The set-up includes two side brackets, the bucket and big deal it is attached to, and two cylinders that I believe house the hydrolic fluid. Is there anything missing?
I am going to have to find someone local who can guide me but any help is appreciated.
