Just get one for a C get a longer belt and go for it they work great many are done this way on both the A and B. Thes tractors are getting old and build-up in the blocks can plug the natural flow of the system. Have replaced several sleeves and pistons the last few years in retirement and after the sleeve is removed it is something to see all the junk at the bottom of the sleeve in the block plugging the holes that alow the flow of water by the bottom of the sleeve. You can also remove the radiator and lower housing and with high pressure water and air and some stiff wire remove a lot of this residue. The water pump is a wonderful idea if you are using the tractor a lot in hot weather.
