Get a set of jumper cables, and by-pass all the wiring and solenoid from the batt.to the starter. This will eliminate any faulty wiring, solenoid and battery cables. make sure that you also ground the "gounded terminal" to the frame. If she won't turn over then, take the starter back and have it rechecked. Just guessing here, but....if all wiring etc is good as you say, it sounds like the starter has a problem that only shows up under a heavy load. I've had car starters do that on a few occasions.....work fine when engine is cold, but not crank a warm engine. Oh yeah....re-check your timing...too far advanced...can cause this also. Hope this helps some ! Gary
