The best place is to check the Classified Ads link on this page. It makes a lot of difference as to what part of the country the buyer and seller happen to be in. As they say: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder". The main thing to consider is whether you are happy with the purchase/selling price. What one person is willing to pay may not be close to what somebody else is willing to pay. Generally this board has been directed away from buy/sell type questions, although it seems like more and more people are trying to use it for that purpose.
