Buy chance the main jet did not fall out of the carb did it and when ya had it apart ya did not end up with any extra parts. If ya drop the float level it will run lean when it needs gas so i never drop the float level . Do you have a restrishion in the air filter . It is had to see what it is doing over the magic box , Is the timing set correctly and is the valves set there are a hundred things that come into play . If the idel bleed screw is out of wack then it will smoke if there is and internal crack in the carb it will smoke . Let me know what is up with it.
