Don't pass it up. You can take your time and fix it as time/funds permit. I own the C I learned to drive on sitting on my dads lap over 30 years ago. When dad passed on I was initially going to sell it. It had not been ran in 2-3 years and I decided it would be best to get it running before selling. When it roared to life and I sat there listening to it purr there was no way it was going. It runs well now, but still looks bad. I cleaned out a place inside, out of the weather for it and use it occasionally. I am waiting to get more time to paint and fix some weak areas. It will remain a working tractor. I enjoy driving it too much to let it sit and look pretty. Even if I don't get it all painted and shiny it is still a fun tractor to have around.
