we had a 574 that the motor was stuck on and we successfully got the pistons out without taking the engine out of the tractor. the oil pan is part of the frame support for the front bolster on which the radiator mounts. we had to support the front wheels and bolster assembly with a chain falls to allow it to flex and take the bolts out that are part of the cast oil pan assembly. once the oil pan is off it will be easy to get the pistons out. i think all the main bearings are accessible except for possibly the ones nearest the flywheel. can't remember if that had a plate over it or not. piston sleeves did not seem to have any ridges in them. i don't think it will be too difficult other than getting around the loader while it is still on the tractor. good luck!
