We've had a 340 since 1970.It has been a very good tractor for us.It came from the dealer with a brand new New Idea 506 loader on it.It was over hauled in 1971 and has had the TA and clutch replaced one time. Not bad considering it was our main tractor for years. It has been mainly used as the hi-lift tractor on the farm for the past 10 years.I bought a 484 with a 2250 mount-o-matic loader this spring to replace it.When it gets repainted here shortly it will be for sale. I don't know what they're selling for here in western Pa. but this size tractor with a hi-lift on is some what of a hot item with the snow season approaching. These tractors are getting old but they're good iron and you can go to your local IH dealer and get any part you need for it.That means a lot.Good luck on your hunt. AJ
