3-Point for an H

While I have the 44' H down for maintenance and a much needed face lift I am thinking of adding a 3 point hitch. Not too long ago someone posted a picture of an H with 3-point added. I could not find it in the archives, can you post it again?

I would like to hear from anyone who has experience with adding a 3-point hitch. Pros and cons, pricing and manufacture will all be helpful.

This tractor has been in the famly longer than me and I am almost 40! As far as I know the hydraulics have never been used. I under stand they are a push up and drift down type, anything I should look for before trying it out?
