I would start by just doing a good old flushing of the radiator and block with a garden hose. I did my Super C this way and got a 3 gal. bucket full of straw, bugs, scum and other junk. Runs very cool now. These old tractors where designed to run pretty cool. If that doesnt help then you can get out the wrenchs.
