656 Leaking around steering wheel

Has anyone had a 656 that has leak around the steering wheel? I took the covers off the hood and ran it. No major oil leaks. It just leaks around the rubber boot under the steering wheel. How do you remove the steering wheel? I can get the nut off, but is the steering wheel screwed on or do you need a puller. Any suggestions whould be helpful.
