You will need a steering wheel puller , run a 1/4 x28 tap to clean the threads and get two long 1/4x28 i use grade 8 boltsmy bolts are 6 inch but you can get buy with a littel shorter ones . Tighten up the puller and give it a rap with a hammer and the wheel is off , to remove the seal that is leaking remove the snap ring and put the wheel back on just set it on the shaft and give it a quick turn and the old seal will pop out replace the seal and put the wheel back on thighten the nut all done. The last seal pkg. that i put in was under 10 bucks.
