Thanks guys! I guess if the higher idle is normal, I'll just leave it alone. When I had the carb apart, I noticed the brass disk on the stud and thought that it is used to control air-flow through the venturi. On mine, it looks like it would be difficult to make any adjustments. It just seems that the idle should be set a bit lower. This is a great web-site!
