Your "I 240" SERIAL NUMBER "2230153B100210 X" was
made at the IH plant in Doncaster, England. The engine would be one of two;
"DD-99" or "DD-111" (both are 3 Cylinders and Diesel) made at the IH plant in Neuss on the Rhine, Germany. Look on the block of the engine and see what number is on it (DD-99 or DD-111).

The SERIAL NUMBERs, you would have to go to an British WEB SITE to get the year of your tractor.

I'm going to do some more paper work and see if I can come up with something more.
