Well Dennis...You may have the dame problem I did. There is a screen in the hydraulic tank. You will have to drain the tank, remove the seat and valves. The tank is the entire platform the seat sets on. Inside there is a cannister looking filter screen. Mine was so stopped up it sucked itself almost flat. I have to get another from a salvage tractor and clean it up. The gasket and o-rings are still avaliable from IH. I hope that's all it is. That pump is expensive.
