Depending on what Your trying to mow..... NO. Dad tried to mow His CRP setaside with a flail mower and He ended up buying a Super M to pull a 6 ft. mower. He was trying to run in 3rd gear, about 5 MPH. Your H would only run about 4 MPH in 3rd., but still would be too fast for the horsepower available. Dad was trying to mow heavy thick cover crops 2 ft tall You could barely walk through. A rotary bushhog pulls just a bit easier, and sicklebar mowers pull real easy.
