That seems odd having condensation on a brand new overhaul. I think you do need to put it to work and run it up to temp for a time to see if that condensation stops. Is she breathing out the tube okay?

One would normally see condensation on engines that are started and stopped without ever allowing them to warm up. The engine cannot develop enough heat to burn the moisture off.
