Youve lost me.The "rim" is attached to a big heavy hub,which is bolted to the axle with on big bolt.The "rim" is attached to the hub via several clamps on each side of the hub with a bolt.Take out all the bolts and the "rim" comes off,you shouldnt need to take the whole thing off!
