If you need a u-joint, don't buy bearing races. they'll do you no good. Take the whole shaft to a good auto parts store. They will likely be able to get you a new u-joint. It'll be less than $20, and for 5 or 10 bucks, they'll probably put it in for ya. We do it at the parts store I work at in St. Louis.
