International McDeering 22-36

I am currently trying to revive a 1932 22-36. I need some info on setting up the timing. I expected some marks on the flywheel to assist with this, however I haven't been able to find an inspection cap to view the marks. There doesn't seem to be any marks on the front crankshaft pulley either. Does anyone have any info on how I might set the timing on this tractor? The oil filter element is missing on this tractor, does anyone know of a suitable substitute filter element for this tractor? Thanks for any assistance anyone might have!
