According to Nebraska Tractor Test No. 671 the 560 gas had a C-263 engine which had a 263 CID. For used parts I'd search the internet using keywords like tractor and salvage. If you don't have any luck I can round up some salvage companies in my area. Definitely drain ALL the gunk out of the tranny. Supposedly HyTran fluid absorbs water. I'm not familiar with the 403 combine and don't have any literature on it, so I can't help on that question. In looking at the 1961 IH catalog the combines at that time were the 141, 101, 151, 181 and 91 models. At least the 181 used the 460/560 engine, so it's possible the engine was retained for the 403. If it's IH with a T/A there's always a 50-50 chance the T/A is not working. The wide fronts on the H and M models were very clumsy looking affairs which stuck out in front of the tractor. I know Schwartz made an aftermarket wide front which was a better design probably. If your aim is total restoration of a 560, I think I'd look for a more complete original tractor to work with. Your 560 sounds like my brother's 460 but my opinions are more blunt with him since I know him better :-)
