Just saw your other question on combines and harvesters--the 42R was made from 1940-1943. It came in grain bin and bagger versions. It was only available as PTO drive and was rated for a 1-plow tractor and up. It is a 4 foot cut. The main difference between a 42R and a 52R is a 52 is five foot cut. Separator, etc. are identical.
