Maybe 500,since its your grandmother!Everything you mentioned thats wrong is easily replacable,well except the tranny top,its heavy.if it werent family,maybe a couple hundred.I have one of my grandfathers tractors thatwas in worse shape than that and I paid 750 to my grandmother for it,but at the time she needed the money,otherwise Imay have gave her 100 for it.Gots to take care of the older folks!
