HELP! 1949 Farmall C

I need anyone help! I have a 49' "C"...usually a very dependable tractor, but now I can't get her started. About a week ago, I decided I was going to degrease her before putting her away for the winter...while doing this, I got water in the distributor & she coughed & sputterd, but choked her way back to life...I used the tractor another 2hrs & shut her down...she hasn't started since...so far, I have replaced the points, cap & rotor, new spark plugs, new battery & I just had to have the starter rebuilt because I wore it out trying to crank it over for two days...now, I have the new starter in it, new battery, & she still will not fire! I cleaned the fuel bowl, tried starting fluid, & nothing I do is working...I'm wondering if it could be something in the intake manifold? valves? she's got a real sharp blue spark, so it's not a spark issue. Anyone who can help me would be muchly appreciated!
