Lost my Hydraulics

I just purchased a 340 w/2 point .After tuning it up I checked the Hyd. fluid it had some water in it and it was dirty. So I changed the fluid and filter. Now I have no hydraulics, I tried putting some fluid in though the check ball at the pump to make sure I didn't lose the prime, no luck !
The hyd. worked fine just whiny like it was low on fluid which is why I checked it.
Any suggestions would be great !
