Look at the steering column.If its at an angle to the tractor,its a F14.As far as the P,I dont think so.That would be a too new for a 14 block,original anyway.And its to my understanding IH didnt do that on replacement blocks,or maybe that was a serial no. on the block.Anyway,14s were only made two years,38 and 39.Hey,if the parts are worth what he wants for the tractor,get it!
