I found a F14 tractor in a junkyard today under an overgrown multiflora rose. Hard to get serial #'s or casting #'s as this tractor was in deep shade. Using a bic lighter, I think the serial # started with 139--- or 89---. The block was set up for a dipstick (missing). My parts book indicates this would be a tractor up to serial # 12785 or mid 1934 or earlier. Serial # would suggest 1937 F12 or 1939 F14. Block was dated 8-5-P. Does anyone know what year the P code is? What would the block, belhousing, clutch assembly, air cleaner, and radiator be worth? The block is froze up, but not cracked and minus head, oil pan, valve train, fuel pump. Clutch is free, air cleaner is missing top screen, radiator castings appear to be okay. Also would the dipstick tube and dipstick be easy to find? Thanks in advance.
