I don't think you will have to balance the flywheel. I'm sure that both motors are internally balanced. Did you have the rear plate for the 460 motor? Every tractor from that frame size will fit. H all the way up to the 686. If you need a 460 plate I would have one. You will have to redrill the flywheel and make it work. I always wanted to put a DT466 into an M or SMTA.
