Cleaning your carburetor does not mean you cleaned it but you went thru the process of cleaning. It may still have an area that is not permitting fuel to reach the engine. That's not said to be rude but to indicate that the problem still exist.
A needle and seat can be the problem...the 4 stages a carb goes thru may not be met (Thanks to Bob Groot) ..float could be stuck..screen in carb could be clogged and or leaking gaskets all play a part but *what if* fuel is not even reaching the carb from a restriction from the tank to the carb.
I am sure there are other answers and your problem can be solved. Albie
