Riverrat, Exactly my point! They do the same thing to whatever is hip at the time, old cars, tractors, FARMS. Then when it becomes a chore they bale out and a new subdivision sprouts up where a beuatiful farm once was bringing city people who are "hunters" and the damn ATV riding kids. Most of them have never worked a honest day in thier lives, physical work that is.
