Wont go into too many details on how this happened but baking soda got spilled into one of the cylinders on Mr B(SMD Im working on)which still had water in the cyliders, been too lazy or busy to get the water out.Anyways, this morning I cleaned out the water and BS and in the one cylinder that the BS went into, its so much cleaner than the other three. The rust is nearly gone in that cylibnder and Im thinking or trying it in the other three, what do yall think? My thinking is if the BS will clean up the rust to a good degree, maybe I can get it broke freee.I alraedy knowI need sleeves so what the heck? What is it that make BS clean up rust?
