Duck Bill

I've seen one guy selling a F-20 tractor in the ads. He gave two prices one price was with the duck bill the other was with out. Now I see another ad for, "Duck bill F20 steering boster with frame rails". So I must know, what is a Duck Bill? And are they only on F-20 tractors or are they one other tractors as well? Did you need it or is it just an option.
