Motor froze up on Super A

Hi I have a Super A, due to an injury I have not been able to run it any, Well it has not been cranked in a year, in october I changed the oil, but the battery was dead so I could not crank it, but i used the hand crank an turned it over a few times, the motor turned ok, but before I could crank it I was put in the hospital again, so yesterday I was able to get back on it, but know the motor will not turn, I thought it was the starter locke causing it, so i removed it still nothing.I took out the spark plugs an put in some MM oil but still it will not turn, i have even bent the hand crank trying!!!! could the fly wheel be caught on somthing HELP!!!!It was my Dads tractor he framed 200ac with...it has had its moments over the years but nothing like this.
