i got this 240 from my father in law for free. my wife and i have been married for lucky 13 and dated 4 years before that..his tractor was parked in the front yard during that time, never moved, never started, never covered, (except exhaust). he has fessed up and as best i can tell he last ran it in the mid 80's. Anyway, he gave me this free tractor, and was it stuck! we did not even know for sure what the tractor was....anyway, lubed the cylinders, took the head off, (you shouldn't have to do) and monkey wrench on front pulley shaft, i was luck there was direct hyd driven loader shaft on front, and motor turned.. anyway if yu live near duluth, i'll help if i can.
