I agree with all other posted info except I would not run the engine to starve and drain the carburetor. Rather use Stabil in the gas, then run the engine awhile to be pretty sure some of the Stabil has gotten into the carb. A dry carb (without gas) will cause gaskets to dry and it will most likely leak next time you put gas into it.
