winter storage

I'm about to run back up to the lake to put my IH Super W-6 with FEL away for the winter.I usually cover it with a large 25'x40' tarp doubled over and weighted down.My question is, should I store it fuel tanks empty or full, which is best? Also what about the tires ,should the weight be taken off them? If anyone has other winter storage tips I'd appreciate them.My antifreeze has been tested to 40 below and it goes down to that here in Saskatchewan Canada.Thanks in advance.
