cabs on '66 series tractors

I have a 1466 and took the "diamond deluxe" cab off along with the loader because the air didn't work, heater hardly, and extremely hard to get in and out. Why don't people like IH's white and red cabs? I could understand if the air and heat don't work, but still, are they that bad? I love the look of the white cab on one with clean glass and duals. Never seen a tractor looking better, but don't get why they are taking them off.
