There is no official cold setting for the tappets, just set them at .015-.016 cold, then set to .014 hot. Hydraulics use Hytran or a fluid that meets Hytran specs. I could look up the torque for you, but go to tune up specs at www.weberstractorworks.com. Ask your paint questions on the paint and bodywork forum. Rod(NH) can give you advice, on about anything to do with paint, and I can answer some basic questions also. Binder Books has the original IH service manuals, and the IT manual is a good supplement.
