I bought an H that was stuck very cheap a few months ago. I had to take the oil pan and head off to get it to turn but didn't know anything about the tractor so was unsure if it had other problems. When I got it moving I honed the cylinders with the pistons still in it just to clean them out a little. I thought I would see what it would need before I spent a lot of money on it. Got it back together and started it. Smoked like a freight train for about 10 minutes and has not smoked or used any oil since. It runs as good as any tractor I have seen so I suppose it will be good to go the way it is. We took it for a ride that was over 30 miles this summer and it never missed a lick. I got lucky this time you may also. Good luck.
