Here's what the H operations and maintenance manual says.. Drain the fuel from the fuel tank and carburetor, and clean out the fuel strainer glass bowl. Probably as important as the fuel system is proper lubrication of the cylinders, and the recommendation goes on... After the engine has cooled, remove the spark plugs and pour one tablespoon full of SAE-50 oil...into each cylinder. Crank engine two or three times. Then replace the plugs. It also says to flush the rocker arms, valves and push rods with SAE-50.
