Rod - ltf and Phil's advice is right on. But let me add a couple more tips: 1 - Thoroughly clean all the old grease, etc.from inside of hub bore - it will let you better see the exposed edge of the cup race. 2 - Set the hub with it's outer end down on a substantial metal surface (a large anvil is ideal...) and use a short, heavy punch and large hammer. Work the punch gradually around the circumference of the cup race, a dozen or so whacks per revolution. The cup race will eventually work free. And wear safety glasses! The cup race is hard as a banker's heart, but if a piece gets chipped off and goes in your eye, it'll blind you. Good luck!
