they make a 4 1/4 kit for that but will have to bore,remember if you raise compresion timing must come back, pl head is a good one but must be of late 400 or 450 tractor you will no wen you see it. ive built 2 of those with a 1/2 m&w stroker kit, if you do it right you will have around 90 hp, try moving the cam 1 tooth ahead it will give it more bottm end
