farmall 560 gas

Help,
Was offered a 560 that has not been run in two years but ran when it was parked. Has sat in field uncovered all this time but my friend now wants to sell it for 800. Looks pretty rough but who knows. I want to try to get it running this weekend. Other than the obvious, anything in particular I should watch for. This would be my first tractor. Also, can anyone recommend a parts manual,and a service manual or anything else that may be useful. Thanks
